Since acquiring property on the South Coast I have seen and experienced a new paradigm in poor service. There has however been one rare exception to this rule and that has been my business dealings with you.
On both occasions that I have asked you to provide service, you not only did what I wanted, but went the extra mile – did additional research – added value to the services sold and ensured that I was kept in the loop at all times.
This is indeed a rare quality anywhere and certainly deserves a Platinum Award in your area where service is a forgotten word and where it would be so easy for you to sink down to the norm. I not only want to congratulate you on not compromising on your own personal standards but also thank you for the WOW experience you provided me in our business dealings.
